Court Voices Project

With support from the State Justice Institute, the Court Voices Project captured lessons from court staff and court users about how pilot courts have responded to the Covid-19 pandemic. Feedback gives voice to court stakeholders closest to the experience, while simultaneously informing and improving future court policies and practices.

PROJECT GOALS

  1. To assess the value of pandemic-response practices and policies from the perspectives of court users and court staff

  2. To improve trust and confidence in the courts
