Training provides a good start to understanding the research basis behind trust-building and legitimacy and learn how to put related strategies to work. Typical first-time trainings run 1-2 hours or can be designed as a multi-part series that pairs theory with hands-on practice. Coaching services are also available to support implementation and assessment efforts.
