Fairness & legitimacy “teeny courses”
Our teeny courses provide an interactive, impactful way for busy professionals to engage with the topics of fairness, legitimacy, and trust-building in bite-sized sessions at times convenient to them. Course participants get a 3-minute lesson by email three times a week for four weeks — and along the way learn, share, and practice among their peers. Read more about the approach here.
Courses are currently offered in two formats:

Court Fairness for All Roles course: Designed for all court professionals who interact with members of the public, including judges and non-judicial staff
Court Fairness for Judges course: A tailored course for judges and other hearing officers, outlining fairness-boosting practices from the bench
Legitimacy for Prosecutors course: Geared towards the unique roles of prosecutors and the other professionals who work in prosecutor offices, this teeny course explore how to promote fairness and legitimacy with the individuals your office serves.
Legitimate Leaders course: Geared towards court managers and other agency leaders, this course explores applications of procedural justice theory in the management context (aka “internal procedural justice”)
